We perform repairs of mechanical gears (planetary, worm, toothed) and many other components. We also undertake complex overhauls of labeling machines and other equipment in bottling plants.

Regeneration of ISD401 servo motors

Our specialty is the regeneration of ISD401 servo motors used in KRONES labeling machines. The servo motor model ISD401 is used to rotate the bottle during the labeling process. It is a device that is subject to intensive use during the operation of the labeling machine. When the original seals of the servo drive are worn out, the whole device (labeler) may be immobilized or damaged, with costly repair.

The regeneration of the servo drive ISD401 consists of a comprehensive replacement of bearings, sealing elements as well as modification of the seal cassettes themselves. The modification performed during the overhaul of the servo drive extends the life of its bearings. We perform disassembly and assembly of servo drives using a professional set of hydraulic pullers. We also perform periodic maintenance of seals in servo cassettes.
